Lily is the best not-sister ever
Characters: Karkat and Equius
Location: Equius's old shack
Time: Backdated to January 11, evening.
Style: Action
Status: Closed
[It's not until evening after that post that Karkat finally calls Equius. By then he's already picked a place and headed out to it, one that should hardly be surprising: the blueblood's old shack, the one he painted full of insults and declarations of hate. It's a fitting location for this kind of thing if there ever was, and with the various meetups they've had there before, it made a natural choice for that sort of "gift" to him.]
[When the video flips on, Karkat is standing before the front door, the ends of the word "FREAK" peeking out behind him.]
Hey shithead. You want your mark fixed? Get over here.
[Click! No waiting for an answer. If he knows his kismesis, he'll be there, and he doesn't want to be in the open when he shows. From there he slips back inside the structure, door left ajar - no trap above it this time - but just a way to let him hear Equius before he sees him. In one hand, he takes a vial of strengthening potion from his sylladex. The goal is simple: to spring it on him as a complete surprise, without wasting any precious minutes of its duration.]

[... he means, he is very enthusiastic about this idea.]
[Equius kisses back, trying to give as good as he's getting, and he closes his hands about Karkat's sides and squeezes. Normally, that would crush his ribcage; hopefully now it will just leave some marks of his own behind, big dark handprints under Karkat's shirt.]

[He breaks off the kiss, though, ducking his head and grabbing hold of Karkat's shirt with his teeth. With a deep, guttural moan, he tries to shred it apart and reveal his kismesis' shoulder... the better to bite him.]

[Before he can do much else, though, he finds his mouth lonely as Equius ducks his head to his shoulder. Shirt in teeth, tug--the shirt stands no chance, as a ripping noise rewards the effort. Karkat growls back at his kismesis for it. But he dips his own head then, teeth going to nip at slick skin, and eventually, gratuitously, take hold of a strap to tear that too. You going to ruin his shirt? He'll ruin yours!]

[With Karkat's shirt ripped open, Equius ducks in and finds the old wound on his shoulder. He runs his tongue over it, giving the area a good, long lick, getting it nice and shiny with blue saliva, before going in for a hard, skin-puncturing bite.]

[His head dips, but the feel of a tongue sliding over his old wound stops him from biting just yet. It's cold against his skin and it makes him shudder, and his cheeks color a little.]
Red blood or not, my shoulder's not a lollipop for you to--OW, shit.
[Then there's the bite. That time Karkat cringes, because for all his added strength, it still hurts to teeth sunk into your shoulder. That's when he takes his turn, no warning lick or anything (sorry, Equius, your skin's too gross) before his own fangs clamp down on him.]

[He hisses when Karkat sinks his fangs in, but it only encourages him to work his own jaws more. He can taste revolting red mutant blood in his mouth, and that makes him grin, knowing he's doing a good job with his bite.]
wow I suck at timely tags forever
[He growls against his kismesis's skin as he works his own fangs, digging them in, deepening the bite. This way he can maybe urge the mark on more when they get to that point, but for now it's raw determination to give as good as he gets. Better is perhaps hard to aim for when Equius has jagged teeth on his side, but he tries anyway.]

[He hisses when Karkat thumps his side, and responds with a sucker punch of his own, aiming for his kismesis' ribcage. He makes a mental note to do something really nice for Lily the next chance he gets, because this is the most amazing gift anyone could have ever given him.]
[By now, he's satisfied that he's bitten Karkat enough, and he breaks it off with a low growl, turning his head and spitting on the floor.]
Your blood tastes terrible, you disgusting piece of mutant filth.

[Unlike him, he doesn't bother spitting it. Instead he licks the stray blood from his lips.]
Funny. You taste so revolting and look so gut-churningly horrible that making you bleed only improves both. But don't get your hopes up: you only rise to 'disgusting' at best.

[STAAAAAAARE...]

Stop staring, lecher.

Sometimes your terribleness is truly mesmerizing. It's like staring at a multivehicle accident on the interstellar routes.
[Whatever, he got caught staring, it happens. With a sniff, Equius turns to his bitten shoulder and slaps one palm over it, squeezing and getting a good handful of blood worked up.]

You're like an entire planet falling into ruin. Imperial forces have come and gone; it's not worth conquer, for the time and effort would be wasted on such a shithive. Its accomplishments are negligible, its value nothing, its resources scarce and pointless to pursue. Its entire society has built itself up for nothing but its own inevitable failure, and all who look upon it see it: this place is worthless. It is, at best, an example of the deplorable and completely pointless. There is nothing good about it--and nothing good about you.
