Jungo! No!

[There's a loud commotion going on in the plaza right now. A cat seems to have painfully latched itself onto a random passerby's. Juneko is an agitated wet kitty right now. And no matter how much he's being pried off of this person's face, he didn't seem to want to budge.]

I-I'm sorry! He's usually not like this at all—

[Except when he's taking a bath.

However, Jungo never expected his cat to suddenly explode like that. But after several seconds of prying, Juneko hissed before letting go and then bolting off into a random direction.]

Jungo, come back!!

[Feeling equally distressed, he chases after the runaway feline.

Somebody, anybody, help him retrieve his cat!!

Ooc: You can also assume that you're the random person that Juneko is attacking~]

_{[It's just another day in the bubble. And it seems this time new people arrived much earlier than usually. Ruca wonder what might be the cause of that and thus he is a bit lost in thoughts right now. He doesn't pay much attention to where he is going.

Of course, something like that can't end well.]}

Juuuungoooo! Come back!!!

[The cat turns around a corner, brushing past Ruca. A couple of moments later, Jungo makes a turn on that same corner. He notices Ruca a little too late. He tries to skid to a stop but... it seems like a collision is about to happen anyway.]

W-whoa!!

_{[Ruca only noticed Jungo when the collision happened and the silver-haired boy fell to the ground.]}

Ouch.

_{[He frowns looking at the other.]}

Ah, I-I'm so sorry!! I wasn't looking where I was going!

[Jungo only stumbles back a little bit from the impact. ~~Stupid but sturdy. Go figure--~~ He's more sorry for the boy that fell than for himself.

Jungo made him fall...!]

Mmm no, I should be sorry. I didn't stop fast enough.

[He offers a hand out to Ruca to pull the boy up.]

Are you okay?

_{[Ruca didn't expect something like that.]}

No... it's my fault...

_{[He hesitantly takes Jungo's hand.]}

I'm okay... so please, don't worry.

[Jungo smiles when Ruca accepts his help. He eases the boy back onto his feet, maybe with a little more strength than necessary.]

Mmm, I'm glad to hear that!

[Really, he's relieved to hear that Ruca isn't hurt. But it quickly falls changes back into worry again. Jungo had been fretting over Ruca's possible injuries, he'd temporarily forgotten about Juneko!]

My cat... he ran past here. You probably didn't see him right?

[He's a bit hopeful that Ruca did but, he did recall the boy saying he wasn't paying attention...]

...N-no. I'm sorry.

_{[he looks so guilty now.]}

It's all my fault. If I only was paying some attention none of this would happen...

_{[yes, he still feels he is at fault here.]}

B-but... I can help you find your cat!

...You would?

[He cheers up upon hearing this. Jungo is smiling again. Yay! Then Juneko won't be lost forever!]

I don't know my way around this place [...and he's pretty sure his cat is really scared right now.] But, any kind of help, I'm really grateful for!

Y-yes, of course. And it's no problem at all.

_{[ah, so this guy really is new here...]}

You just arrived here, didn't you? Have someone told you already about this place?

_{[but to not waste time, they should probably start looking for the cat. They can talk while they walk.]}

[Jungo takes the lead and walks towards the direction he was sure Juneko had darted off towards.]

Mmm, yeah. Me and Jungo, we suddenly ended up in this place. I tried to asked somebody for help but... [He frowns a little while recalling that incident.] Jungo suddenly freaked out and attacked somebody before running away.

I'm sorry to hear that.

_{[he looks around. where could this cat be?]}

...Um, this place is called Vatheon.

Mmm.. it's okay. [He smiles a little.] I have someone like you to help me out so... [That smile gets bigger.] Things will turn out alright.

[There's a slight pause though when Ruca tells him the name of this place.] Vatheon...?

[Jungo wanted to ask more, but he suddenly hears a cat meowing.]

O-oh...! I think Jungo is close by!

_{[Someone like him...? Ruca is surprised to hear that. This complete stranger has so much faith in him...

Ruca is about to tell Jungo something more about Vatheon, but he also hears the cat meowing.]}

...It seems like that.

_{[though... maybe it's only some other cat?]}

[The soft meowing grows louder as Jungo approaches closer to the source.

Sounds like it's coming from behind the stack of boxes. Just as he's about to take a peek behind it, a black cat scurries out from behind.]

That wasn't Jungo after all.

[His shoulders drops a little. Looks like the search is going to continue.]

_{[Ruca frowns slightly, but tries to smile.]}

Don't worry... I'm sure he must be here somewhere.

_{[let's not give up, okay?]}

We'll find him.

[Jungo tries his best to return the smile. Staying optimistic is better than giving up.

And Ruca is helping him out so Jungo didn't want their efforts to be wasted.]

Mmm, yeah...! Thank you.

Jungo ran away once before too... but my friends helped me find him. [He pauses when a troubling thought crosses his mind.] Um... There aren't any demons in Vatheon, right?

You don't have to thank me...

_{[ah, but the question makes him pause for a good moment. There are demons in Vatheon. He is more than sure about that. Though, those demons are probably different from the ones in Jungo's world.

...After all, even Ruca himself used to be a demon in the past.

The silver-haired boy looks thoughtful as he is thinking of a good way to answer this question.]}

You shouldn't worry about that... This place is peaceful, so I'm sure he's safe.

But you're willing to help me out even though we don't know each other. [He's smiling more.] I'm really happy to meet kind people in a place like this...!

[Jungo isn't even sure if he's friends are also here or not, so he pretty much feels alone right now. Meeting a friendly (Well, Ruca looks friendly enough...) face in an unfamiliar place is almost like a blessing.

He feels even more relieved to hear the boy's answer. Even though he wasn't specifically told "yes" or "no", if it's safe, then that's good enough.]

Okay, that's good..

Me? Kind?...

_{[he looks away, embarrassed.]}

I-I'm not really...

_{[Ruca never thought too highly of himself, so...]}

I-In any case, we should look for... Jungo, right?

_{[he pauses.]}

...And that reminds me that I've never introduced myself... I'm Ruca. Ruca Milda.

[Jungo would have continued to insist, but Ruca brought up a good point.

They still need to find his cat.]

Yes, that's right. You already know his name too.

My name is also Jungo. Jungo Torii.

It's nice to meet you Ruca. [He smiles again.

Just as he was about to get up and continue the search, there's a soft meow before an orange cat runs towards their direction.]

That's Jungo!

[It's definitely his cat this time. Juneko seems to calmed down a lot by now. Though it may be because there's a small piece of fish hanging out of his mouth.]

Oh, somebody gave him food...! [He smiles again and picks the kitty up, showing him to Ruca.]

Look Ruca! Jungo is safe!

It's also... Jungo?

_{[he looks surprised.]}

Ah, um, it's nice to meet you, too... But isn't it a little confusing if the two of you have the same name?

_{[It seems a little confusing to him, but not thinking anymore of that, Ruca glances at the orange cat. So this is Jungo.

The boy nods and smiles.]}

I'm glad.

_{[If something happened to the cat, Ruca would never forgive himself.]}

Someone from home said the same thing. But it's alright though!

[Yes, there's definitely been a couple of mix-ups. But that's what makes it all the more amusing.]

Jungo needed a name so I gave him the one I can remember the easiest!

[Jungo is smiling as he gently cuddles the cat.]
