[Sometimes you just feel lazy. And today, Cielo decided he was going to be lazy. Lazy meant that he slept in an extra hour. Lazy meant that he wasn't going to do any of his (completely unnecessary) patrols of the area around the Embryon base. Lazy meant that he wasn't going to bother braiding his hair today. He kind of looks like a girl like this.

What lazy doesn't mean is that he's going to do nothing, however. He's in Vatheon's plaza right now - new shops and restaurants are opening up all the time and he wants to visit them.]

[Geez Gale, you have a lot to learn! But no worries, your bro is here to help. But hmm, how is he going to explain this in Gale terms?]

People here need to eat to live. For us though, it just tastes good. But it's a good way to socialize with people here.

[It's not long before two bowls of ramen are brought out to them. Cielo goes for the chopsticks (it took him a long time to learn how to use them, so he's making the most of this skill), but there's also forks ready in case of chopstick failure.]

Just try it. You don't like it, we can get you something else.

[Or leave, but Cielo really, really wants Gale to enjoy food.]

[Gale pauses to watch Cielo use the chopsticks, and to watch how he eats in general. Then he carefully uses the chopsticks to lift some of the noodles out of his own bowl. He eats them carefully, then pauses again, head tilted slightly.]

[Not bad is not hating it, so Cielo gives Gale one of his goofy grins before attacking his food in earnest. Despite all his time here, Cielo still doesn't have much, if any, concept of table manners.]

[And he'll be taking that advice. It's food time. He doesn't quite inhale it, but it's not going to take long before the noodles are gone.]

[People have told Cielo that he should slow down and enjoy the flavor of food. Which basically means that now he eats at a pace that's one step below "garbage disposal."]

[Clearly he's picking up this food stuff quickly! Gale just ignores that first part of Cielo's reaction, in favor of trying the dumplings- the first one without sauce, the second one with. After a moment of consideration, he continues to alternate like that as he eats more of them.]

[Between the two of them, the dumplings disappear quickly. Food is awesome, you see? Once the last dumpling is eaten, Cielo finishes off his tea.]

I think that's all this place has, unless you want to try different kinds of ramen.
