[ luckily, Estelle had been able to find the place Zelda wanted to meet at without too much trouble. It wasn't too hard; she'd remembered seeing this place when she arrived in the city.

So, now she was here. And she was waiting. Hopefully, Zelda would arrive soon ...

Wait, what did Zelda even look like? How would Estelle recognize her?

[Zelda realizes the same thing not long after she arrives at the plaza. She takes her SFC out and calls Estelle, sounding sheepish.]

Estelle? I just realized that we didn't provide each other with descriptions!

[ oh, well, that's convenient. she's a bit surprised that the starfish talked, but it wasn't to far of a stretch, considering the starfish also let her type. she sounds just as sheepish as she responds. ]

I realized the same thing not too long ago ... okay, let's see. [ she thinks. ]

... I shouldn't be too hard to spot. My hair is pink.

Pink? Very well, this shouldn't take but a moment.

[Zelda starts looking around. Pink hair is extremely uncommon, so it doesn't take her long to spot Estelle. She heads over and bows her head politely.]

Hello. It's good to meet you in person.

[ as soon as she sees the person addressing her, she has to stop and look at her for a few moments. Zelda certainly was very pretty ... was she a noble, too? she had to be.

of course, then Estelle realized she was staring. how rude! she quickly righted this atrocity by bowing a little in return. ]

And you as well, Zelda!

[Zelda's not offended. Honestly, she thinks that Estelle is probably staring at her ears. She has no way of knowing it's not uncommon in Estelle's world.]

Shall we? The library is not far from here.

[ she has a friend who has similar ears, so that's not quite what gets her. she may be wondering in the back of her mind if Zelda is kritya, though ... ]

Yes, definitely!

[ aaand they start walking! presumably! ]

You've been to the library here before, haven't you? What is it like?

Oh, it's massive!

[Zelda seems delighted, finally looking her age.]

Incredibly disorganized, though. I think that books from other worlds keep showing up there. The poor librarian can't even begin to keep track of them all!

[ her eyes are lighting up quite a bit, too. oh, but ... disorganization? in a library? that's never good! ]

Perhaps we could offer to help the librarian? With as many books from other worlds that are coming in, I'm sure the help would be much appreciated.

[ she smiles, looking ahead of her again and clasping her hands together in front of her. ]

Besides! While we're residing in this world, we may as well do what we can to help the locals in any way possible. Or, well, that's what I believe. [ she laughs a little, sheepishly. ]

I understand others may not share quite the same sentiment.

[Zelda's smile fades, but she can't bring herself to dim Estelle's enthusiasm for the locals.]

Perhaps we should help. A disorganized library is not as useful as it could be, after all. I also believe we can get paid for doing so. Most things are free, but the items in the Nostalgia Nook are not.

[ she notes the faded smile, but then after hearing Zelda speak again ... oh, is that curiosity? Estelle obviously still has much to learn about this world. ]

The Nostalgia Nook? What does it sell?

It is a place that sells items from the worlds of those who have been pulled here. A shop from my own world opened up recently, so I am now interested in being able to purchase things.

[Because the clothes from other worlds are all wrong. Well, that's not true, Estelle's are just fine. Zelda pauses and gestures to the grand marble steps of the library.]

Here we are, Vatheon's library! I spent my first week or so in Vatheon in there.

[ she stops next to Zelda, looking up at the library with wide, green eyes. this library looked absolutely gorgeous, and she could swear that she was trembling with excitement just from seeing this place from the outside.

she was so mesmerized by the library's appearance, in fact, that she nearly missed what Zelda had said to her. ]

You didn't leave it at all? [ another sheepish laugh. ] That sounds like something I would do ...

[ had Yuri been here, he would have probably made some comment about how he would have to check on her frequently to make sure she was eating and sleeping. the thought of Yuri, of any of her friends from her world, caused her expression to become that of sadness for a few moments ... it didn't last too long, however. she didn't want to reminisce too long, after all! she was with a new friend. it would have been rude. ]

Well, I slept and ate, but for the most part I didn't leave.

[Zelda leads Estelle into the library. She figures that the only thing keeping Estelle from charging in is her politeness. After all, who doesn't love the library?]

I don't know if I could even remember to do that much.

[ she IS quite polite ... but it's obvious she's just itching to go inside. once inside, she can't help but marvel at how big and pretty everything is.

[Zelda laughs.]

Oh, but you have to! There's little point if your brain isn't functioning properly. Now then. There's a map of the city over there as well as some basic information.

[She gestures to that area.]

[ Estelle nods and bows politely. ]
