Roxas gives him a funny look, but just nods and slips out of Axel's room to go make breakfast. As he gets things ready, he tries to think of what the curse might be. Aside from his powers not working right, Axel doesn't seem to know himself just what's wrong, but it's definitely more than just that.

Or maybe he does know and just doesn't want to say. That's something Axel would do. It's not going to work for long, though, if other people are affected.
