Nah, we make it rain, too. We usually let people know when we have to do a big storm so that they can be prepared. It's not very often that we get a storm or blizzard or something that we didn't give warning about. The really fast pegasi can totally make whirlwinds on their own, and get us all together and we can make a tornado.
