[Lloyd opens his mouth - then, slowly, closes it, the full meaning of what Duke is saying sinking in. It wasn't about... what had happened. It was about what had happened after. A spot between his shoulder blades itches at the memory of the transformation. It's still hard to think that he really changed, that he's different, that it isn't just superficial things, like wings, but that something's changed inside of him. It's unsettling to think about.
