You would probably think she was an angel, seeing those wings growing from her back. But wings were not the only thing that made her different from human; she also had a reptile-like tail. A yellow ribbon was tied at the end of it.

She was new here. Soaking wet and confused, Dizzy was looking around in search of someone who could tell her where she was now.

Considering what happened just before she got here, it sure seemed she was getting lost a lot lately.

[ Yet another soaking wet arrival, but she's definitely not a member of his Tribe. But the fact she's clearly confused and appears non-aggressive spurs him into approaching.

The sight of the wings and tail make him guarded, though; they remind him of Succubi. So, like with many of the people he's met so far, Serph makes sure he's in her line of sight before he casually approaches. This way, he has the chance to react if she suddenly attacks... or if she backs away in fear like No-Face had. ]

_{[Dizzy notices the person and watches him for a moment. He doesn't say anything, so she decides to simply ask first.]}

Um, excuse me. Could you tell me where am I? It seems I got lost...

[ Non-aggressive, but not fearful. This is good. ...Hmm on second glance, those wings are more like a Principality's. He's still keeping a close eye on her, but he's a little less guarded than before

He gives a small nod, and starts off with a short explanation, to see how this girl will take it. ]

This is Vatheon, a city in a world different from yours. You've been brought here, like many others.

_{[Dizzy makes a confused look. It's not her world anymore? That couldn't be right... could it?]}

[ Confusion because she's never imagined another world before, or confusion because she has but this one isn't it? Or because she doesn't believe it? He can't help but wonder...

Serph tilts his head slightly. ]

Have you seen a place like this before?

No, I have not...

_{[but most of her life Dizzy lived in a small village, then in the Grove and later in the sky on the Jellyfish Pirate's ship. She was certain there are many things in the world she has never seen.]}

...I'm sorry. I... I have never thought there might be a world different than mine.

[ Serph doesn't understand why she's apologizing to him :T But he'll take it anyway, and gives her a small nod. He can sympathise with being overwhelmed by this place, though he thinks it's best if she's made more aware of her situation. ]

You may be here for a while. No one knows how to return.

[ He pauses slightly, closing his eyes briefly before he speaks again. ]

I haven't been here long, but it is peaceful here.

...But what about my friends? I don't want them to worry. I have to return to them.

_{[It's good that this place is a peaceful one, but Dizzy still worries about May, Johnny and her other friends from the Mayship. Besides, Testament wouldn't be happy if he learnt about her disappearance.]}

[ He understands the worry; there's only a few of his comrades left, and the last time he's seen them was when everything exploded. His expression doesn't change from his :| though. Serph doesn't know that when people return to their own world, it's as if time had stopped, though, so he can't reassure here with that. ]

[ Whether this stranger considers that a good thing or a bad one is another matter. ]

Shizuo didn't make a habit of going out of his way to greet newcomers, but occasionally, he stumbled upon one, which is exactly how he wound up face-to-face with what looked like an angel. With a tail. Shizuo had seen his share of unusual creatures and people since he arrived in Vatheon, so he wasn't incredibly surprised, but those wings were impressive. He tried not to stare.

"Hey," he said quietly, stopping some feet away from her, hands in pockets. "You look like you just got here."

Dizzy looked at him, her eyes hopeful. Perhaps he would help her? The Gear nodded at the other's question.

"Yes, but... I've never been here before... Could you tell me where am I?" She frowned a little. "...I don't seem remember how I got here either."

"None of us do," Shizuo replied. And this was exactly why he tried to avoid bumping into new arrivals. He wasn't the best at explaining things. Still, he knew waking up in a place like this, suddenly and without warning, was disorienting.

"This place is called Vatheon. People just...show up. Like you did. Out of no where. That's how I got here." He rolled his shoulders in a small shrug. "And we can't go back. We're stuck."

"We... can't go back?" She frowned, worried.

"But... why?" she shook her head a little.

"...I have never heard of this place before either."

Shizuo sighed. Maybe he shouldn't have started like that. He probably should have talked about Vatheon's benefits first.

"No, we can't. I'm sorry. And...well, it's hard to say. We just...can't. There's no way to try, this place just doesn't have a way out." Really, he needed to focus on the positives, so as to avoid upsetting her too much. "It's not all bad though. Almost everything is free and there are a lot of nice people here."

It was good to hear that there were nice people here (she wasn't much concerned about the free things), but still...

Dizzy grew quiet and sad. She couldn't believe there was no way out of here... Does that mean she wouldn't be able to see everyone again?

"...It can't be right..."

"Ah -" Shizuo had, clearly, screwed up on the sensitive front. He really didn't want to see her upset. Then again, how could it not be upsetting? She had been ripped from her home and left here. He took a step forward, like he wanted to comfort her, but stopped.

"There might be someone from your world here," he offered, trying to make her feel better. "There are a couple of...friends of mine that got here before me." Well, one friend and one enemy, but those were minor details.

Those words cheered Dizzy up a little. Even though she could not return home for now, there was still a chance that she would meet someone from home here.

"...Do you really think so?" she stepped closer to him, hope so clear in her reddish eyes. "If they truly are here, how can I find them?"

Ky was passing through the square when he saw her there, and he paused for a moment before he believed that he was actually seeing Dizzy there. With that out of the way, he went rushing to her quite quickly, stopping to grab a towel which he handed to her before he said anything.

"Dizzy...Are you alright?"

Hearing the familiar voice, Dizzy looked around to see the person who called her.

"Yes." She answered quickly, then accepted the towel saying a "Thank you." and after a short moment she said: "...I'm alright, but... it seems I got lost. Could you tell me where am I?"

"We're both a bit lost, I'm afraid," he explained. "We're in a city called Vatheon. It's underwater and there's some sort of barrier that keeps us from simply leaving."

"You don't have to worry, though. I'll make sure that you're safe here."

"Thank you." she replied, though sometimes she wondered if she really always had to be the one who was protected by others.

"...But, I still don't understand what happened." she said. "I don't remember how I got here at all..."

Ky certainly saw his role in general to be to protect others, although he'd rather do it by making the system itself a safe place to be in.

"I don't either. I'm not sure anybody knows...I would think that we would have noticed were there a place like this. Besides, there are people here...who don't share our history at all. Not even in that they're time travelers, but events happened...differently."

She blinked, suddenly feeling lost. A people who didn’t share their history at all?

"...I'm not sure I understand." she admitted, frowning a little in worry. This place seemed even stranger to her now.

"I'm sure that you can talk to people and determine what they know of. From their worlds. I don't understand it that much better, other than that I know that when some of these things came up other people weren't surprised when I said I had no experience with what they were saying."

It was quite the sort of thing to feel lost over, Ky still found that he had problems getting used to it.

She listened carefully to Ky's words, feeling lost in the strangeness of this place. The people here and their worlds... she couldn't even imagine what exactly could that mean. Are there worlds other than the one both Dizzy and Ky knew? Such thought never even once crossed the mind of a young Gear.

"...I see." was all she said in response.
