[Ever since Silver gave her Shae, Amane is trying trying her best to take care of the Eevee. She learned how to take care of her, as well as what to feed her and how to train the small Pokemon. The priestess isn’t interested in battling, but she knows it’s necessary to know how to defend oneself. As well as being healthy and fit.

So whenever she can, Amane would take Shae out for a walk towards the forest. There’s plenty of room for running around there, and the Eevee can explore to her heart’s content.

Shae is running ahead of her, waiting for Amane at the dorm’s doors so they can leave. Once Amane opened the doors, the two of them start walking. Or rather, Shae running ahead from time to time, and Amane keeping up with her energetic Eevee.

Will you encounter these two, Vatheon? And at where?]

(OOC: As a reminder, if your characters can sense it, Amane is a host to both a demon and an angel. It might tingle their supernatural senses.)

We don't have them in my world as well, but someone taught me how to take care of her here.

[The Eevee stops by Amane's side and say hello to Minako. Hi!]

... Huh, really? So how did you two meet?

[Maybe a fatuous way to put it--it's really "Where did you get her?", right?--but she's not sure how much the Eevee understands and she wouldn't want to insult her.

She bends down to look at her a little more closely.]

Hi, Shae! I'm Minako.

[...Yeah, Minako, introduce yourself to the fox-squirrel-rabbit before the human.]

My boyfriend gave her to me.

[If anyone knows her, it's quite telling how far Amane have grown in Vatheon.

The Eevee give Minako another cheerful greeting. And no worries, Amane doesn't mind at all.]

Oh, that's a really nice present. [She grins up at the girl.] Um, I didn't get your name, by the way.

[She stretches a hand out to pet the Eevee, because that's what you do with strange new creatures. Okay, it being friendly makes it a little more sensible.]

So how old is she?

I'm Amane Kuzuryu, but just Amane is fine.

[She doesn't mind people using either her first or last name. But her last name can be harder to pronounce for some people.

Aw yeah, Shae like that pet. It's obvious that she enjoys it very, very much.]

She's almost a year old.

Okay, sure, Amane-chan. [Slipping into easy familiarity -- seems like it should be okay.]

So have you had her that whole time? [How long do they live, anyway? she wonders idly. Is that young or--well, it's not old for anything of its size, but, like, hamsters and the like only live a couple years.] Is she pretty grown up by now...?

[She doesn't mind the honorific. Being in Vatheon for so long made her grown used to it.]

Ah, no. I only have her for a few months. [Is Shae all grown up?] She's no longer a baby. [Note to self, ask Silver.]

Oh, I see. So you don't know exactly either?

Well, it's not that important. You're pretty lucky to be getting presents like this. [She laughs and pets Shae again.]

So how exactly do you take care of -- um, whatever kind of animal she is?

She's an Eevee, a Pokemon. They're a type of animal from another world.

[A simple way of explaining it. Shae enjoys being pet. Hee.]

I take care of her by feeding her, and keeping her healthy and fit. Such as exercises and cleaning.

Ah, so really all the normal pet stuff. That's good... and taking a trip into the forest today, huh? Are you going somewhere, Amane-chan?

We're going to walk around the forest today. It's good exercise and Shae likes exploring.

Hm. Shae's got good taste in hobbies. I like exploring too. Just don't eat anything crazy, okay?

She won't, and I'll make sure to watch her carefully, too.

[She trots up next to Amane.]

I hope there's some way these are available besides getting your boyfriend as a boyfriend.

[Ahead of them, Shae is looking around and investigating anything she can reach.]

Hm... You might get one if the Pokemon are breeding eggs.

[Except Amane don't know what Pokemon Shae can breed with. Are there any other Eevees?]

Huh. So when would that happen? Is there a male Shae around here somewhere?

[she looks at shae almost as if she should be the one answering.]

[Hearing her name, Shae's ears twitched and she looks over at them.]

I don't quite know. I'll have to ask around if there's a male Eevee around.

Oh, could you? I'd definitely appreciate it! My dog from home isn't here, after all... I miss Koro-chan, but it might be nice to meet someone new.

Yes, I could. And if I find out anything, I will let you know.

[And now she'll lapse into a bit more quietness and pay a bit more attention to their surroundings again -- the forest, its contours, its general makeup, and so on.]

[Ahead of them, Shae is just exploring everything she can reach for. Sometimes digging into things just to see what's underneath, before continuing onwards.

Amane smiles as she watch. She's quite content to watch her Eevee having fun.]

[Well, this is a nice forest excursion! Minako doesn't have anything to add, either, really, so she watches too. As long as they aren't beset by wolves or fall into pit traps, this day is shaping up to be nice and uneventful, all things told. ]
