One of the ones I talked to definitely fits the jerk description. Plus arrogant. Kind of funny when you get the better of him, though.

The other one I talked to wasn't as bad, but I could barely understand what he said a lot of the time.

I only ever talked to them here, though, and I haven't met any in person yet.
