What does one do when Jade is on a mission to find out what you aren't telling her? He could come clean via text and it wouldn't be so awkward. He could. Seriously. He could do a lot of things, but avoiding her would eventually be impossible. They lived in the same god damn house for Jegus sake!
So what does he do?
Well, he does have this clothes pile (which he was going to clean that day but...). Obviously the master plan is to hide in that pile of laundry. This couldn't fail. She'd never find him. His master ninja tactic (He's aware how ridiculous this all sounds honestly. Dave is pretty good at lying to himself apparently).
Which is why he's hiding in that pile of clothes now. Now, this probably wouldn't be so blatantly obvious, but Game Bro Strider was trying to tug at a pair of pants, unable to actually unearth the hiding Strider.
Obviously, Jade won't find him.
