Who: Kanji and you
Where: All over the city
When: July 11th, all day
Style: Action to start, but can match to you
[He'd woken up near that strange coral thing, but he was pretty sure that he was dreaming still. Kanji wasn't a panicky kinda guy though, so he'd take his time and figure out what was going on.
This was a pretty strange place, even for one of his dreams. An underwater city? He tried to remember if he watched any strange movies about Atlantis the night before, but he was pretty sure the last thing he watched on TV was a samurai drama with his mother. And the sight of the strange fish swimming by his head as he walked around was just a bit too much for him.
He sat down near the carnival entrance and took out the Starfish Communicator that had been beside him when he woke up and the stupid paper brochure as he used the towel around his neck to dry his hair some more. The brochure called this place Vatheon and said that he was stuck here.]
What a load of shit. This's gotta be a dream. I'm gonna wake up in my bed and Mom's gonna nag me to eat before school. It's just another fucking normal day, like the others've been since Senpai left.
[He scrolled through the list of foreigners and almost dropped it when he saw familiar names. His friends were here! Sure, some were missing, but Yu-senpai, Yukiko-senpai and Naoto were here! He saw their address too and nearly dropped everything again as he jumped up and ran towards where they supposedly were.]
Yu-senpai! Yukiko-senpai! Naoto! [His voice went before him as he ran through the Nostalgia Nook to where this detective agency was situated.] Oi, where is everyone?!
Who: Jet Link and anyone who happens to be around
Where: The island
When: During the day of the 15th
Style: Whatever works for you
Working was suffering when you hadn't worked a day in your life, but it was worth it to be able to get some more fuel for his jets. It figured that the only place he could get the stuff was from the one place in the entire city where you had to pay for stuff. It just meant that, unless he wanted to get a steady job (god forbid), he'd have to be more conscious of how often he flew around.
More limitations. He hated limitations.
This, he'd decided, was not wasting the fuel, however. It was really no different than what he'd be doing if he wasn't the only one of the team around. Jet had heard there was a barrier around the island, the only place that one could conceivably leave this place from, but he couldn't seem to find any information where the boundaries were or how high it went. That was why he was on the island now.
The New Yorker took off from the beach and flew (slowly) until his hand touched the invisible barrier a fair distance out into the ocean. He went from there. Sure enough, all the way around the circumference of the island was this invisible wall and not a crack or flaw on it. Back to where he'd started, Jet flew up, keeping his hand lightly to the barrier in hopes that he'd find the edge.
After about an hour and a half of going up and no change, he gave up. There really didn't seem to be a way out and, if he flew any longer, he'd face the dilemma of being too high and not enough fuel to get him down again.
He'd had enough crashing for one lifetime.
In his frustration, he unholstered his blaster and shot at the thing with the plasma setting, hoping the fire power would leave a mark....but there was nothing. It just hit the barrier and fizzled out.
He sighed and drifted back down to the beach till he could safely cut his rockets and sat in the sand. "Rats."
Serph and YOU!Where:
Near the Forest Quadrant (or on the island, by the beach)When:
The entire curse weekStyle:
[Serph had been put to sleep for nearly a month.
In that time, Sera and Gale had left Vatheon, the coral had been broken and fixed, and the resultant water damage had wrecked the garden that he and many friends had cultivated together. Most of the flowers died from being submerged in salt water for so long, and even the saplings and rose bushes are looking worse for wear. And many of the gifts from his friends have either been washed away or heavily damaged by the water.
Serph's first instinct had been to tear a local apart (he had been hungry
), but he'd held himself back, remembering what he'd told Ky. But the killing of locals stops now
. He doesn't need to eat people. Not any more.
All week, Serph will either near the Forest Quadrant, picking through the garden surrounding his Tribe's base to see what can be salvaged, or up on the island in his demon form
as he returns to the shore after hunting in the sea. He's always happy to talk with people, new and old, though people who know him may find him slightly more forthcoming than usual. But only slightly.]

Cielo and the residents of the bubbleWhere:
The plaza, by the coralWhen:
I shall match youStatus:
Those who choose to return to the city may see Cielo in either his human or demon
form in just about every location in the bubble. From the street to the top of Vatheon's tallest (still standing) buildings, he's there surveying the landscape.
The first thing he did once the bubble was declared safe to return to was, naturally, to head straight for the Embryon Base and check to see if it was still habitable. Satisfied in its safety, he looked to the city itself. Even though it was the same Vatheon he had been living in for over a year, it seemed like a different place with all the damage.
It reminded him a little bit of the Junkyard. And thinking about the Junkyard brings up certain memories for him. Eventually, he finds himself flying by the Lamufao in demon form, and remembering that he hasn't touched it recently, gracefully descends down to the ground and leans forward, touching his head to the coral while letting out a low growl of frustration and discontent.
: Saber and anyone who approaches or calls her. When
: April 27th.Where
: The bay on the island.Status
: Actionspam or prose is fine. If you want to have a network thread, you can reply to the accidental broadcast she sent!
There's a knight in blue and silver
standing on the beach.
Having only awoken a few hours earlier, the King of Knights is still holding the Welcome Brochure, blue tunic, and Starfish Communicator in her armored hands. Saber has read through the letter twice; once was the initial reading, and twice was verifying what she was reading. Many questions are there, but that seems typical of this situation from how the brochure is written.
This entire situation does
seems quite surreal, but Saber does not doubt what the Welcome Brochure says. She's not near cynical enough for that.
With the initial information having been absorbed, Saber is more concerned with something that's more personal. For her to be here, there would have had to been a summoning. Saber felt no contract with any Master, however, there is a slight presence in the place of where she would feel her Master. The only explanation she can piece together is that it is this deity, Lamufao..
Having broken her contract with the Grail, Saber was not expecting to have ever been summoned again. She feels neither delighted nor disappointed with the situation. Unlike when being summoned by the Grail, Saber currently knows no immediate purpose or duty she must fulfill.
Compared to being summoned by the Holy Grail for a miraculous War, this could be considered a step down. For now, though, the knight holds out her SFC and begins to examine it carefully. The blue tunic and letter are held under her one arm.
The Communicator is accidentally set to broadcast, showing the knight's face looking down towards the device for a few seconds, and then it cuts off.Ah, is that what this is? A type of phone..
That would make sense with the mention of a "network." There's more playing with the device as Saber speculates as to why she is on the Island rather than this underwater city. Maybe she has to take the mentioned elevator down? Her thoughts fade off as she continues to experiment with the SFC.
It has been quite the few days, hasn't it been, Vatheon? That conversation appearing on the network --just who had posted that, anyway?-- the experiment and then the collapse of the bubble and the evacuation. It certainly kept everybody's hands quite busy and full. But now that things are looking at little more calm, with far fewer trips needed to ferry things from down in the bubble up to the island, Station Master makes his move, abandoning his post to seek out people. Who? Well, just about anyone. He seems to avoid groups, instead seeking out people while they are alone, whether wrapped up in some activity, or moving from on place to the other. His purpose? Unclear for now, but if you are a foreigner and you are on the island, you may very well find yourself with a sudden Station Master at your side.
How will you respond?

Cielo and anybody in the areaWhen:
March 15th, middayWhere:
Your choice, I'll match youStatus:
Those who pass by the plaza today, whether they're battle weary adventurers or normal civilians, may hear the sounds of music in the air (and perhaps feel their magic statistics raise by 1). If they choose to follow it, they'll find Vatheon's only bard with dreadlocks standing near a fountain. His bard outfit is mostly blue with accents of pink, purple, and green and in the classy cap on his head, there's an orange feather. In his hands is a pale purple stringed instrument
connected to a small amplifier.
Is that...a guitar he's playing?
Wrong! It's too small. And it doesn't sound quite right for a guitar.
No, Cielo is playing a ukulele.
He's pretty good at it too.
Care to stop and listen? Dance to the music? Chat? Maybe whip out your own instrument and play along? He'd welcome any company.
Who: Wilhelm and anyone
When: 2/4 midday
Where: The Plaza
[ Arriving in Vatheon was quite a surprise for Wilhelm, well as much as things can surprise him at any rate. Based on what he had learned and what he had observed before he was 'pulled' here, he had come to one conclusion.
Chaos had failed. Humans, had failed.
No matter what the brochure he procured said, he was positive all of this was the result of the Eternal Recurrence and the anomaly that had happened this cycle. But it didn't matter much, it would all come to order, it was all left for him to correct.
The first step was something he had much experience with: watching and observing. This universe wasn't his that much was true, he had learned so much after trying to come in contact with Vatheon. He had to learn all about this place and its people as he could.
So that's where he was, in the plaza, just observing the citizens of Vatheon as they go about their day. He won't even bother to try to blend in, to try to be inconspicuous, but it may be slightly harder to notice him than your character would think. ]
Who: All of YOU!
Where: In the Vat equivalant of a Mexican restaurant!
When: January 23rd
Style: Whatever you want it to be, bra.
Status: WIDE OPEN MINGLE POST
[Some time ago, Cielo had mentioned this thing called flautas and how Gale needed to try some. Cielo had also mentioned that he knew a restaurant in Vatheon that sold them. For free, like most other things in the bubble, of course.
Yukari had also given Cielo and Serph a birthday some time ago: January 23rd. And what better excuse did Serph need for a big Embryon outing in the name of flautas and birthdays?
Which brings us to a "Mexican" (whatever that means) restaurant in Vatheon, where there are at least 8 people at a table (Cielo, Gale, Heat, Rinoa, Sera, Serph, Signless/Sufferer, Tiir) with a ridiculous amount of Mexican food. Some of it is mild, harmless to the sensitive palate. But some of dishes... the spices on those are enough to make you feel like you can breathe fire after a single mouthful. The horrendous table manners of about half the people there leaves much to be desired, however...
The locals, excited at having so much business at once, decide that other people need to taste the delightful flavours of their cuisine. If you're passing by, the threat of locals forcibly dragging you into their restaurant with other poor saps is very real.]
[ooc: TL;DR A general mingle post centered around Mexican food that ranges from mild to spicy as Satan's balls. There is a very high chance your character has been forcibly dragged into the restaurant by pushy locals. WHATEVER COULD GO WRONG!?]
