vatheon | [GV] - 1 - Open to All!

Today is a very special day, Vathonites! Today is the day the host club returns to the bubble, albeit under a new name and new management. The front of the club is covered in roses, the fresh scent carrying across the plaza to entice patrons to take a peek inside, daring them to venture through the door emblazoned with the club's name: Golden Victory.

Once customers have left their weapons at the check in station just inside the door, they're allowed into the main room of the club. At the bottom of the two stairs leading down to the floor there is a very obvious signboard on which is posted both the rules and a list of all the hosts employed by the club and available for time with patrons, as follows:

The Club Floor is scattered with many small tables, each surrounded by comfortable loveseats and chairs and a small bouquet of three red roses with baby's breath accents gracing each table. The far wall is dominated by a large bar, well stocked with alcohol and virgin drinks alike. Beside the bar are two doors, one leading to the kitchen and the other to the bathrooms as well as a staircase leading to the employee break and locker room as well as the wardrobe. These areas are all for Employees Only though of course.

The most interesting feature by far, however, are the hosts themselves. Men from many worlds, all dressed similarly in classy formal suits, each whith a subtle difference that suits their personality. They're all available for Private Appointments if the sign at the front is any indication.

Please, relax and enjoy yourselves, fair patrons~ The courteous, friendly, and handsome staff will be with you in just a moment.

[ Sora was sitting on his side of the couch and fidgeting like a little kid. If he'd known before hand that he'd be stuck in this suit he wouldn't have opted in to this club. As it was he was tugging on his tie which he'd needed help getting on in the first place. ]

Roxas...[ Sora was whining just a little. ] I don't like wearing this thing.

[Not that Roxas had known how to tie a tie either, but he seemed to be handling the suit with less fussing. It felt a little restrictive, but it wasn't really uncomfortable.]

It's not that bad. And I don't think we'll have to wear them all the time...

[ Says the one who was used to wearing an organization cloak. Personally Sora never thought those things looked comfortable. ]

You think?

[ Sora hoped so. ]

[Not comfortable in hot weather, maybe, but you know you totally want to try one on, Sora. Roxas can lend you his, it's cool.]

Yeah. Didn't he say something about different themes?

[ We'll have to see about that. ]

Yeah, Zelos mentioned it.

[ Surely anything else had to be better than this stuffy suit. He felt like an over dressed chimp! ]

[Roxas is starting to get a little amused by how much Sora seems to dislike wearing a suit.]

I'm sure you can survive 'til we switch.

[ It's uncomfortable okay? This is the kid who wears baggy pants and tanks. ]

I don't really have a choice do I?

[...and weird outfits with too many zippers and strap things. He'll take the suit over that.]

You could always rebel and lose the tie.

Think Zelos would mind?

[ Sora's hand was already on the knot at his throat. Maybe he could just loosen it a little... ]

If he does, you can just say you didn't know any better.

[Well just look who's been making the rounds to check on his hosts!]

The ties aren't glued to your necks boys, but they do complete the look. I guess you could remove them if you really wanted to, but then you wouldn't match anymore and, well...

That would just look kind of shoddy, don't you think?

[ Sora jumped a little when Zelos appeared out of nowhere. How'd he do that? ]

Uh...Well...Roxas could take his off too?

[ At least that seemed like a good idea to Sora. ]

[Shoot, they've been found out already!

Well. Roxas has no objections to removing the tie.]

Then we'd still- match, right?

Not with everyone else.

[He brings a hand to his forehead and lets out an affected sigh, saying "what am I going to do with you?" without words.

It's really pretty fun to pick on the kids.]

[ Sora frowns. Did it really matter that much? ]

Yeah, but these things make it stuffy.

[ He messed with it a bit though it wasn't going too far. ]

Are the girls gonna care about ties anyway?

A well put together gentleman is definitely a turn on for any hunny~ But I suppose if you want to look like a pair of messy kids who can't handle a bit of grown-up attire, be my guest. I guess the unkempt toddler look might appeal to the maternal types.

[This really is far too entertaining.]

[ Sora was about to open his mouth to protest the first part of what Zelos said, when the comment about being kids caught him off guard. ]

Who are you calling a kid!

[Roxas folds his arms. Toddlers? That's just going too far.]

Most of the girls I've met here are our age. [Well, maybe a little older. Close enough.] Are you gonna call them kids, too?

[Zelos lets out a chuckle and drapes his arms over one of each of their shoulders.]

Oh lighten up you two! You think I care about the ties? If you're not comfortable then our guests won't be comfortable so go ahead and untie them or take them off. It's fine by me.

[He laughs again as he lets them go and turns to check on the rest of the club.]

Let me know if you boys need anything else, alright? I don't bite!

[ Sora pouted at Zelos's back as he left. Why did everyone end up teasing him? In what was no doubt a defiant gesture, though it lacked meaning since Zelos gave the ok, Sora undid his tie and whipped it off of himself. ]

[Roxas's expression mirrors Sora's for a moment before he goes to undo his own tie. Or rather, loosen it and slip it off over his head because he has no idea how to retie it if he wants to put it back on.]

...he's kind of a jerk, huh.
